Nanjing Hengci Magnetics Co., Ltd. manufactures ferrite, amorphous and nanocrystalline magnetic cores for customers who need documented performance rather than a generic part number. Work starts from the customer's drawing, target inductance and operating conditions, and ends with cores measured and packed for export.
Our team handles material selection, tooling, winding, annealing, gap grinding, coating and final testing in one flow, so specification changes are resolved internally instead of moving between suppliers. Sales and engineering communicate directly with overseas customers in English, which keeps technical questions short and decisions fast.

Magnetic core manufacturing established
Production started with ferrite cores for transformers and inductors, building the base process for pressing, sintering and testing.

Magnetic properties are measured on finished cores, not taken from a handbook curve. Results are recorded per lot and shipped with the goods.
