Ferrite Cores
Stable magnetic performance for high-frequency power conversion
Stable magnetic performance for high-frequency power conversion
Ferrite remains the standard choice where switching frequency, core loss and cost must be balanced. Our Mn-Zn grades cover power conversion from tens of kilohertz to several megahertz, while Ni-Zn grades serve higher frequency filtering and antenna applications.
Cores are produced from controlled powder, pressed and sintered in monitored cycles, then measured for inductance factor, permeability and dimensions. Gapped cores, coated surfaces, bobbins and assembled sets are available for customers who prefer a ready-to-wind component.
- Low core loss at high frequency
- High electrical resistivity
- Controlled air gap option
- Tight inductance tolerance

RodWhere these cores are used
Selection is driven by frequency, flux density, temperature and assembly constraints rather than a catalogue part number.

Switch-mode power supplies
Main transformer and output inductor cores selected for loss at the actual switching frequency and load profile.

EMI filtering
Toroidal and gapped cores for common-mode chokes, with permeability chosen for the target noise band.

Lighting & ballasts
Stable inductance over temperature for LED drivers and electronic ballasts in continuous operation.
