Ferrite, Amorphous & Nanocrystalline — Made to Your Specification
Standard shapes are available from stock programmes, and every geometry can be produced from your drawing. Material grade, air gap, coating, case and packing are confirmed before production is released.

- Shapes
- Toroid · Cut (C) · Cased · Split
- Ribbon
- Thin gauge, encapsulated
- Toroidal nanocrystalline core — High permeability ring cores for current transformers and chokes.
- Cased core — Plastic case with epoxy fill to protect ribbon from stress.
- Cut core (C core) — Two-part core for pre-wound coils in power conversion.
- Common-mode choke core — Matched pairs with consistent permeability for filter assemblies.
OEM and ODM from drawing to shipment
Send a drawing or a reference sample. We confirm material grade, tolerance and finish, then run samples before series production.

Specification review
Send drawings, target inductance, frequency and quantity. Our engineers confirm material grade and tolerance.
Sampling
Prototype cores are produced and measured, with test data sent for your approval.
Pilot run
A small batch validates tooling, coating and packing before series release.
Series production
Scheduled production with lot traceability, inspection reports and export packing.
Six documented stages, one traceable lot
Every production lot carries a record from incoming material to the carton label, so incoming inspection at your plant can be reduced.
Incoming material inspection
Powder, ribbon and tape checked against material specification.
Forming & winding
Press forming for ferrite, precision tape winding for amorphous and nanocrystalline.
Sintering & annealing
Controlled atmosphere cycles with recorded temperature curves.
Gap grinding & coating
Air gap grinding, insulation coating and case assembly where required.
Magnetic & dimensional testing
Inductance, permeability, core loss and dimensions measured per lot.
Packing & shipment
Protective packing, cartons on pallets, export documentation prepared.
